- The healthy, most people strive to put these foods into their daily diets, but for some, it’s too hard. All the food in each food group are healthy, but it’s the way you prepare food, time of eating and amount of food that determines if they are healthy or unhealthy. Most people think vegetables are only healthy foods, but that’s not true. There are many healthy foods all the four food groups to choose from.

grains- whole wheat, rice, in dairy – yogurt, milk, fruits and their juices,
sprouts, almost all the veggies are healthy but dark green and orange
vegetables are what you need in your daily diet.

- A food that is low in fat and saturated fat. They contains limited amount of cholesterol and sodium. If it is a single item food. It must also provide at least 10% of one or more protein, dietary fiber, sufficient energy as well as vitamins, iron and calcium.
- Healthy eating is not about strict nutrition philosophies. Staying unrealistically thin. Or depriving yourself of the foods, you love. Rather it’s about feeling great. - A healthy food is one that helps to maintain or improve general health.
- Disadvantages:
- In very cramped glance healthy food appears less testy than unhealthy food.
Healthy food cannot store or preserve for long time.

unhealthy foods generally low in nutritional value. Often highly processed or
ready to eat as well as ready to prepare foods are unhealthy and eaten instead
of healthy foods or in addition to full meals. Media plays a vital role in the
selling of unhealthy food.
Advantages:

They are easy to prepare and are very tasty. We prefer to eat them when
watching tv. We save our self a lot of hassles and time when we are in hurry,
like eating pizza and burgers as they are served at our door step hot and ready
to eat.
2) Taste factor:
Unhealthy foods are very good in taste. Unhealthy foods get their taste
owing to lavish usage of oil, salts and sugar.

Disadvantages:
Unhealthy
foods having addictive ingredients like sugar, salt, food additives, you will
become overweight, some are expensive, and you won’t be healthy. If we continue
eating unhealthy foods it may cause obesity, tooth decay, lack of energy, heart
diseases, liver failure, vitamin deficiencies and many health related problems.
One can say that consumption of unhealthy food for long period makes your life
in trouble.
